Enchanted in Spring
byAditi Singh
Aditi Singh'I've outgrown the age for being scared of teenagers, as the Instagram trend goes (insert funny emoji here, because it was hilarious in my head). I don't fit into traditional gender labels; instead, I've sought refuge in the world of words to escape the harsh realities of life. I'm passionately in love with the concept of poetry. I still recall the excitement of writing poetry about "bhrashtachar" at age 6, a challenging new word I learned while practicing a patriotic song. While I may not be the best in this field, I deeply admire those who excel. My hope, which keeps me going, is that one day, someone will read my poetry and tell me how profoundly it has impacted them. I want them to say that it made them feel truly seen.'
