Marina ( b.1983) is a Russian born painter who lives and works in Izhevsk, Udmurtiya, a city over 1000 kilometers east of Moscow. She offers a world bathed in saving light, her vision-like observations hint at a world beyond the everyday scenes represented – challenging her every day experience with her characteristic expressive brushstrokes.
